"I was very disappointed with the service i received. I booked a taxi and then needed to cancel it. I called the number provided and had to leave a message requesting a cancellation as i found a taxi firm that was cheaper... On the day the taxi i cancelled arrived after the one i got into from the cheaper company. I then had my aunty calling me at the train station to say the taxicode cab was waiting outside, i asked her to tell the driver the cab had been cancelled the day before. The cab left. Having already paid them online the driver left. But i have not been refunded for the cab i had to cancel. I had already had a message from taxicode to say they were unable to drive me to a destination i had booked another cab for, but i did receive a refund for that journey as it was taxicode who made the cancellation not me. So i decided to go with a company who could guarentee me a taxi for the journey, day and time i requested. I will not be using taxi code again. It was not a good first experience and i will not berecommending them to anyone else. Exstremely poor service in my opinion."

"My driver was very pleasant throughout the journey. We had a varied & interesting conversation. I had booked the car to collect me at 07:30. This was moved to 07:00hrs. I was able to accommodate this request. It would have been a nice gesture to be offered some discount for my being amenable. I will use this company again. "
